Seat Compatability

I have recently purchased a 92 Es300 with some work that needs to be done on it, and one of the major things is the interior. The person that had it before me had done no interior upkeep and the leather on the seats is torn and cracked all around. I have found a pair of seats from a 97 es300 for less than the cost of a re-upulstry and was wondering if they would fit into the vehicle before I purchased them.

Any help would be appriciated.
