Park Place Lexus, Grapevine, Tx

Well, just bought a loaded 06 RX330AWD with Nav, DVD, Mark Levinson, etc about 3 days ago. Had some problems with it (as detailed in another forum). But overall, I've been very impressed with Park Place. I was lucky enough to catch the end of the Lexus lease promotion and the sales tax promotion (1.2%)...I guess they were anxious to get rid of 330s now that 350 is here, but I got in at invoice. MSRP about 48K, Cap Cost 42K, factor .00199, 36 mos. They took me a bit on my trade-ins (2 cars), but overall I was very pleased with the experience. Then I ran into all the problems I listed in the other forum. But the salesman (Corey Tinant) called to see how things were going today, and I told him about all the problems I was having. In a few minutes, he was on his way to my home with a loaner, picked up my car and left the loaner. A few hours later, he was back with my car. Apparently, they had not initialized the car (it had come from another dealer). He apologized profusely and was soon on his way again. Well, as annoying as I found the problems, I was just as impressed with the service. I just thought they deserved some props.
