Turn Assist Lights

I know I've seen a post somewhere (about 9 or 10 months ago) giving steps on how to convert the turn signal assist lights (on the 1st generation SCs) into full-time fog lights, but I'm having a hard time relocating it.

Can anybody point me in the right direction? I'm sure somebody else has come accross this post before too - or even done the conversion themselves.

I know that you can have them turn on with your head lights or parking lights using relays, but I don't think they will become functional fog lights. All just for decoration. I think you'd have to change the housing, bulbs and harness kit to have fully functioning fog lights. There are several posts on this, try the search feature.
