thintzen Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 ok so i've heard a lot on the IS 300, mostly high remarks. my thing is, although i know its rear wheel drive, how does this particular car perform on wet roads and snow. rear wheel drive cars are notoriously know for their inabilities with less traction, but how does this one hold up? on a scale of 1 to 10, whats its overall level? everything else....i hear the car is amazing...but snow and wet road is my last and only concern. thanks
Unlisted Posted July 22, 2005 Posted July 22, 2005 the IS handles better on a wet road then a dry one. Amazing traction and handling, totally fun car to dry. Ive had 6 different Lexus' and the IS was in my top 3. If your not getting a new one check to make sure the car has all season tires and not the summer tires. You still will need a set of snow tires down the road.
