ankrum5
I drive an 01' gs430 that is great except for the"turbo lag" effect when I get on it, even in power mode. I am so upset over this that I am considering selling it and moving on to another brand. I purchased the car used and it is the first gs430 that I had been in and I assume that the are all like this? Is there a way to improve the throttle response? Might I have an emissions issue that needs to be addressed? Thanks, Mike.
TurboGS300
Try checking and or changing the fluid and then resetting the tranny ECU. May help a little. <_<
ankrum5
TurboGS300, how do I reset the trans ECU? Any idea if it can be reprogrammed, as I have read that the shifts were set up to be soft as this is still considered a luxury car.
