Brake Upgrade

I've done some searching but felt short of what im actually looking for, I did find "big brake upgrades" from aftermarket companies for a lot of $$$$

Im interested in what people have done as an alternative to these expensive upgrades?

Ive found someon on a GS is interested in Supra brakes.. is there something along these lines for the IS ? like do the GS brakes fit ? and how big of an improvement is that?

Yes im asking what Brakes fit the IS300 as an alternative to buying expensive big brake upgrades ?

ex. will the GS430 brakes fit ? is there any modifications required ? and is it worth doing ?
