Just Installed Pioneer Deh-p8500mp In My 93 Es300

Just bought it last week on ebay. Had to bypass the factory amp. Sounds great even with factory speakers.

I've got the exact same car and trying to do the same install, but i'm stuck at bypassing the factory amp. Can you give me some tips or point me in the right direction?
