Door Lock Actuators The Same Accross All Lexus?

I was wondering if a sc400 door lock actuator works for the ls400 95. Are they the same accross the years? Lexus models?

I don't want to use regular aftermarkets because they will sound horrible when functioning...

Wondering if its a wise idea to buy them used... and if it will work buying from 90-94 ls's for my 95.
