'01 rx 300 driver seat needs to move back - tall driver

My son (6'4") just purchased his grandparents 2001 RX300.  The driver seat slide does work but in the rear most position his knees still hit the dash.  Is there a way to get the seat to move back another 2-3 inches?  Maybe a secondary set of threaded holes for the seat track to be unbolted, moved back then rebolted?
