Center dash / windshield vent rattle / buzzing sound

Does anyone have an idea where the rattle from the video may be coming from?
 

It drives me crazy. I can hear it at 15-25 mph when accelerating more aggressively. It’s not the hud cover I removed it. I was trying to push and hold on all the parts that I can reach to see if it stops but it seems it’s not related. 
 

Did anyone have a similar issue with the air vents under the windshield?
