18 450h - no android auto

I am looking at a 18 450h tomorrow (accepting offers too if you are selling.. near atlanta)

I love the car, I love the tech, from what I've seen, I am looking forward to the test drive tomorrow. 

The one downside I am seeing is it does not have Android auto, seems impossible to upgrade OEM, and aftermarkets are spotty / running old android.

Before I get a bunch of responses, "just buy a newer one" or "wait a few years" as someone who is tech willing and the rest of the car is perfect, is there ANY updates or new upgrade kits that actually work.
