Increase brake disc size and calipers 1997 ES300

I am curious if there is brake parts, bolt on compatibility from the 15" wheels of 1997 es300 (16" wheels of 2000 and 2001 are the same brake disc size) to 17" wheel sizes of the 2002 to 2012 ES Series.

I am willing to increase the wheel and tire size to 17" but want the increase in disc size accordingly to improve braking performance.

I am trying to replicate improvement from the size upgrade I did with my 2000 Chevy Tahoe. I added 18" wheels and tires (above the 16" standard ones) and was then direct bolt on larger discs and calipers from 2007 Chevy Silverado Pickup trucks.

I would prefer to use Toyota/Lexus parts but am open to reputable outside companies who can do the upgrade.
