Will 2004 Ls430 Sport Rims (18") Fit A 2002 Es300

Trying to figure out if the 18" Lexus sport rims would fit a 2002 ES300? Information on the ESs is hard to come by for the 2002 and newer models. It seems like 225/45/18 would be the proper tire size. Just not sure how things like offset would matter for clearance issues.
