Apple Carplay

I have a 20/6 RX350 with navigation and backup camera. Would like to upgrade the the unit to include Apple CarPlay. Any recommendations on how best to get this upgrade?

I've been searching for my 2017 RX450h for Android Auto. Seems it comes with CarPlay. I found that most radio shops will do the install. I've not found any particular brand of a kit that is a must have. I'm still looking, so I'll be interested in what you find.

In case you are still interested in solving this, when I enquired with the local Lexus dealer about this, they gave me the name of a product that they would install and give a warranty as well but not from Lexus. To my surprise it was a product from Beat Sonic which I also evaluated and found out to be perfect solution.

I have yet to purchase it and install it. Installation is not that difficult if you have time. There are specific YouTube videos that show this installation process.
