Rear Camera Or Dvd Or Navagation While Driving

I have 2004 GX470 Is there a way to put a dummy switch to use rear camera when car is not in reverse?

I read a post for disabling front DVD to play while driving, will this work for 2004 Gx470

Does anyone have any experience with the TV converter for the navigation system will this work when car is in drive? http://www.lextasy.com/lexus__dvdnav_conve...em_960_prd1.htm

I need to input address while driving into navigation system.
