My Factory Subwoofer Broke, Need Advice

I have 2000 Lexus GS 300 Platinium Series. my rear subwoofer is broken, i just bough a new one, but i am having hard time to remove the grill top of subwoofer from the rear of my lexus. do you guys know how to remove that grill of the top of subwoofer so i can install the new one in. much appreciate your help and advice. if you have picture following step by step that's would be so helpful and greatly.
