pgr
My 04 ES330 has bad shifting hesitations between first and second and second and third. Makes me mad as heck after plunking down all that cash. My dealer's first reaction was,"oh gee, you are the only one". That made me a lot madder because I knew a lot of folks are having the same problems. The dealer then admitted that Lexus is aware of the problem but there is NO FIX PLANNED. As of yesterday, August 11, 2004, Lexus' position has not changed according to my dealer in Evansville, IN. I now watch both sides of their mouth when they speak!!! Is there not enough complaints on this problem for Lexus to pursue a fix? Can anyone provide more info on the status of this tranny problem in the 04 ES330? I wish I would have bought the Nissan Maxima now !!! Thanks a lot, Gary
