Oghma Posted October 4, 2022 Posted October 4, 2022 Just bought a 2015 RX and the infotainment system looks like Windows 95, plus the factory map upgrade makes no sense in the age of Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze. Looking at YouTube videos, it appears there are two aftermarket devices, one from Grom Audio (VLine V2j, the other from Beat-Sonic, both around $700 before pro installation. I’d be using maps and listening to podcasts and playlists on my phone. (I know that I can use the native wireless Bluetooth for the audio, so it’s mainly the larger map screen I’m looking for.) Has anyone gone this route? How well does it work? Would you buy it again?
