look very sharp... does your tire pressure sensor working with those aftermarket wheels?

i dont think its the bent wheel.... both right side of my wheels are bent.... lexus service manager told me that if i dont change those wheels ill be having a vibration on high speed... i never felt that vibration even on high speed... mine runs smoothly slow or high speed..

Btw I will tell you this: The stock wheels look much better in pictures than they do in real life. I was all set to swap out my X-Package wheels for the stock ones until I saw them in person. Then I changed my mind in a hurry! I would definitely suggest that you go walk around the dealership and see them all first hand. They might not have any G-spiders and ISPs, but they will have stock 17s and 18s at the very least for sure. So, what did you end up getting? If you got photos, I'd love to see them. The white car was just a random picture i found with the stock 18s. I bought 17" winter wheels and tires for my '07 IS350 at Direct Tire (Natick, MA). We discovered that the Lexus has not made the programming equipment available to independent shops, so I had to take it to Lexus of Watertown where they programmed the sensors for $100. Where exactly is the TPMS located on the wheel?

anyone? dealer says no way to do it. confirmed on other posts. Hi, I've been researching this for 2 months now and unfortunately there appears to be no way to turn off the system. My dealer wanted almost $200 per sensor. You can buy the sensors from lexus-parts.com for $88 a piece. I was just lucky enough to hunt down 3 sensors on Ebay for $40/each. Michael '06 GS430 i also have the same problem on my IS 250... i got the wheels included on the package (signature edition claus ettensberger 19") dealers says that TPMS is not working coz of the customized wheels.... but when i try putting the same tire pressure on all the tires... low tire indicator dissapear on the consul.... last saturday i went to the dealer for them to check the front right tire coz im always loosing pressure and need to add air everyweek. when they check the wheel/tire they found out that wheel was damage and told me thats the reason for loosing pressure. question is.... can i visit any wheel/tire shop to check my tire without damaging the TPMS or does lexus have special equiptment to check it? can you tell me how and where does the TPMS connected on the tire?... so many question... sorry...

im always losing pressure on one of my tire... can i bring it to a regular tire shop like pepboys. does lexus dealers have a special tool to check it? im worried that with other shop they might mess up with TPMS..
