Anyway, I have learned that on this transmission, there is no dedicated VSS. I have the U140E transmission which only had 2 speed sensors, one for input speed and one for counter gear. Without yet testing them, I think they are good because the trans shifts just like it always has - good. The 2002 and up Camry/Avalon had a similar transmission, the 1999 Camry carried a transmission that had a dedicated VSS - located under the throttle body with 3 wires.
Next step is to pull ABS codes, reset ABS computer, recheck wiring integrity, and see if the ABS codes come back.
Anyone have any other ideas?
