  1. Thanks for the reply. I did some research and Narva Golds do look nice. Any ideas on how to install them?
  2. Hi all, I own a 2002 ES300 with HID headlights. However, I've grown tired of the bland yellowish/white color coming out of my stock halogen foglights. Does anyone have any recommendations on what type of foglight bulbs I should use to replace the stock ones and instructions as to how I can install them? I'm becoming very jealous of everyone's pure yellow foglights (they look awesome)! Thanks for all the replies.
  3. Hello to all, I recently eBay-ed a Kenwood KAC-629S 350w amp, along with a 10" MTX bandpass boxed subwoofer. Now its the installation that is on my mind. My car is all stock, so this is my first attempt at ICE. I would like to know if there are any more equipment I need and/or required wires. Professional installation is probably the best alternative for me, but budget's been pretty tight. Anyone with any ideas for installation? Thanks in advance for the replies.
  4. Hi everyone, I have a 2002 ES300 with the Xenon package, but somehow these Xenons just look A LOT brighter than other ES Xenons, blindingly bright actually. I realize that there is another set of headlights available. [i'm talking about the halogen lights that turn on when the headlights are selected as "-", the third selection starting from "DRL off"]. I intend to use the halogens as my main driving lights, but they are simply too faint and too yellowish. I plan to change these halogen bulbs to Sylvanias to decrease my use of the Xenons. I stopped by PepBoy's this Friday and picked up a "Sylvania H7" [the regular ones, NOT the Cool Blue-s] to replace my yellowish halogens. But somehow the H7's just won't fit on the plastic halogen harness. My question is that are there any special harnesses required to install the halogen H7's, because the two prongs on the H7's do not fit anywhere. And if possible, are there any instructions for bulb replacements? (I bought my car used and it did not come with a user's manual). Thanks in advance for all replies.
  5. I see, so I guess we'll have to wait for the price outcome of the 2005 steering wheel. Thanks for the responses!
  6. Hey all, I own a 2002 ES300, and Lexus has just sent me a 2005 ES brochure. I was both dismayed (Why didn't Lexus do this earlier?) and excited at the fact that Lexus has finally gave the ES steering wheel audio controls. I have always been a fan of the steering wheel audio controls. Thus I would like to know if it is possible to swap the 2002 steering wheel with the 2005 steering wheel? Thanks in advance!
  7. Hi all, I own a 2002 ES300 with 17k miles. Everything has been fine, except the slight annoyance on the audio system (note: NOT mark levinson and NO navigation). Whenever the system is pumping out bass (tuned at around 3-5), the rear woofer panel starts to rattle. I've checked the trunk for any untightened screws but came out empty. On other types of music the woofer panel is fine, but when the system plays bass-intensive music, the rattling seems to destroy the ambiance. Only "solution" I've came up with was to press the panel down hard with my hands, which eliminates the rattling. Anyone know a real solution to this problem? Thanks in advance for all the help!
