my dad is the realtor and after going thru a lot of talk with the family, this is the only one that really fits our criteria. :(

picture of the car facing the two houses (the street is a cul-de-sac) now which house will be hit if the car goes straight and doesn't turn left or right?? (the house i'm interested in is the one on the left) picture of the car turning left. now if the feng shui concerns the door only, this is a shot from the front door facing out. Thanx in advance for any advice. I really really need advice right away as to if i should make an offer on it or not.

well, i'm not really good at explaining this, but it's like a set of "regulations" that determines whether the house is "good" luck or "bad" lcuk. it's like, depending on how the energy goes. for example. let's say you walk thru the front door and walk straight thru ur house and walk thru the back door, it means that the $$$ goes in the house and out thru the back. not really sure how to explain it, but my family is really into this feng shui stuff. that's why it's hard to pick between these two houses. The one i really want is located in a very good area code, but kinda has some feng shui issues. the other one, doesn't have any issues but i don't like the area code.

I'm deciding on a house (actually 2 of them) and I need some feng shui advice. I know feng shui sounds stupid to some people, but since I'm Filipino, it's kinda already in the family traits. My question is this: The house is located on almost the direction of the car, after going around a cul-de-sac. well i really can't explain it, but it's the feng shui that the energy (or car) is going towards the front of your house. The only thing is, the energy is going towards, maybe, kinda towards the garage. now i had a client before that believes in a lot of feng shui (facing west, floor sunken when entering, number, straight doors from the front to the back, and this energy going towards the house) and i told her about this situation and showed her pictures. she said it's ok cuz the car is turning left and the car is then curving, not going directly towards the house. i'll post up pix when i can find them. but if anyone knows anything about this, PLEASE HELP!!!!!

loaner?? do they have loaner GX470s???? a swap with a loaner isn't possible unless there are loaner GX470s. dealer won't accept responsibility, even though they're the only ones that can make the mark. heck, think about this, if i were to make the mark, i wouldn't be this serious about them changing it because i know i did it and i was tryin my luck to cheat on them. BUT NO. They did it. I am very meticulous about cars and i always take note of every single small scratch or dent on my cars. since they wont accept responsibility, what else is there to do???? <_<

Bunch More And Bigger Pics Of The New S Class...

r u serious??? wow. i think analog clocks are easier at times because you can easily count how much time u have left. let's say u have a group that went hiking or something. u all go different trails. now to meet up with the group again, say "oh let's meet back in 45 minutes at this spot) you can easily count 45 minutes on an analog clock rather than a digital clock (unless u can easily count on a digital clock). -

Bunch More And Bigger Pics Of The New S Class...

yeah, i have to admit that some of the MBs look great. current E Class is good, S Class, SLK 500, and the SLR. Others, well so so. -
the front looks great, the rear end is still unacceptable. interior's too complicated. i was at the BMW dealer last week (jst checking up with a friend, that's all) and i sat in the vehicles and boy they were so complicated to figure out. just the little joystick looking turn signal stick looked so complicated, more so the center console.

When Did Rx330's Begin Production?
denslexusgx470 replied to LexKid630's topic in 99 - 03 Lexus RX300
yea. it first came out in april 03, which means the first batches of these 330s were probably made in mar 03 or late feb 03. ;) -
ok. i guess so :D . Hope these two trips of mine that are coming up, won't affect the rotors because I'm driving 360 miles round trip to the Bay Area tomorrow, then a 800-1k mile round trip vacation to Vegas. Now we all know the heat in Vegas so hope that the 4 nights I'm there won't warp up the rotors that much... :whistles:

my guess would be, "Front" then the "L" for "Left" . actually, if it wasn't for the "F", i would let them get away with the "L" because it really doesn't look like a perfect L. now the "F" is what annoys me (backwards too) so it looks like (when someone else sees it) somebody vandalized my rim on purpose or something.... <_< ← These links might help. http://www.langka.com/ http://www.advanceautoparts.com/english/yo...20011201sr.html http://www.dingking.com/touch-up/scratch-repair.php ← i like the idea of the first one ,but there's no touch-up paint for the rim though.... <_< Same thing for the 2nd one. I guess i'll try those scratch removers and wax. But then again, everytime i think about it, I always want the dealer to either fix it or get me a new rim. Thanks for the links!! :D

really?? strange that I never got a report from the Honda dealer that the rotors warp. at least with the odyssey (at 128k miles) the brakes don't feel like they're pulsating. ok. i guess they heat up more cuz it's a big SUV. I get the concept that you just explained, but does that still mean I should get that checked and fixed or just let it go???

my "SLR" model is coming on monday. can't wait for that. btw, that's my sig on ur pc screen!!! lol

That sounds like a problem I had with my Honda Accord. I don't recall exactly. I had my brakes checked out and was told that I still had brakes left. I sold the car before I find out the root cause. Could it be that your rotor needs resurfacing? or may be someone tighten the wheel too tight. I was told my a dealer that tighten it too much could cause the rotor to warp so not sure if it is valid. ← see, i have no clue also. but the bad part is, the service guy doesn't want me to leave the car at the dealer for them to take a look to find out what is the root of the problem. :chairshot: :chairshot:

i don't think 3rd seat is standard....... ;)

here's a picture of the "L". not very noticeable also in this picture. imagine, if the only scratch they made was the "L", i'd let that one slip off, because it isn't obvious. it's only obvious now becuz there's an "F" also. it's the one towards the right side
-
bad part is, I would still know what the backwards "F" would mean. I don't mind the other scratches (even though I really do mind it) that were made around the bolts of the rim. I let the people go off lucky on those, because of their tools and stuff, but i don't know about a tool that makes an "F" and "L". <_<
-
ok. when i went to the dealer to complain about the rim, didn't work. then he asked me if I had any other questions and I decided I wanted to tell him this. Ok. At first, when driving at high speeds and braking really hard, you feel the brakes pulsating, not very smooth braking. Now few weeks back, it was only when ur at high speeds and braking, usually braking hard. Now sometimes I can feel it, even at slow speeds. I told the service advisor (same guy who said he didn't scratch my rim) and he said that "Oh, it's normal. Rotors are warping because of the heat that is produced by brakinga a lot. It's normal, no problem". WHAT????? NO PROBLEM???? :o If he's right, aren't warping rotors a bad thing???? He tells me that there is no need for me to take it in and have it checked. Anyone really know what the problem is with my brakes???

Wow, i never expected this many replies. ummm, no my camera phone (Treo 650) doesn't take pictures backwards. notice how the "L" emblem isn't backwards. I had a tire rotation on my last 30k check-up, which was about 3k miles ago. Now it just so happens that I wanted to car wash the GX myself, and found this "dirt I called it at first". Now, this GX hasn't been rotated anywhere except the dealer (well once at costco, but they didn't scratch it) and the service advisor told me "Oh we have procedures, it starts off like like this, then this, then blah blah blah" but in conclusion, he meant "it's not our fault". ahhh, man. now i gotta find a rim specialist in town that might be able to fix this. yea, the etched "L" isn't noticeable. I'll see if i could get another picture, just of the "L" scratch. but the idiot who put the "F" didn't even know how to make a normal "F". geez
