  1. Hey guys I just got sc300 back up and running and my current rims are defective and cause my tires to go flat I'm trying to find a nice cool pair of rims to put on my car the only ones that have caught my eye is dub dirty dogs. Anyone have any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
  2. JMO- but my engine was cutting off and sometimes when you smashed the gas it would "clear" out the engine and run fine but other times just shut off. this all happened when i first bought my car and it had a brand new fuel pump in. the problem turned out to be the fuel pump sensor or the fuel pump ECU its pretty expensive from lexus. good luck hope this helped
  3. I had this problem when i first got my car. I took it to a few places and they all said it was my fuel pump but I had just bought the car and the previous owner had just replaced the fuel pump with a good after market pump. after much research it turned out to be the fuel pump "sensor" which you have to get from Lexus, and the sensor is like 450! outrageous. hope this helps :)
  4. I've looked around the forum a lot and can't really find anything that says if the tires i want will "rub" or fit on my car. I own a 92 SC 300 and I had 205/45/17. I recently got in an accident messing up two of my rims so I"m looking for a whole set. I found a set of rims and tires i want but I don't know if they would fit. They are 225/40ZR/18. I just want to know if they will fit. I can find all the information of how it would affect my speedometer and what not, but not if they would actually fit on my car without any work being done and not have to worry about it rubbing. Break down- Current - 205/45/17 I want 225/40ZR/18 Will this fit? can anyone give me a straight up answer or give me a site that does. Thank you very much.
  5. Hey guys new to the forum just wanna say hi to everyone and I already got a few questions for the forum. I own a 1992 Lexus SC 300 and I am trying to put after market rims on it I was just wondering if 1. There is a special offset for the SC 300? 2. anyone know what size would fit on a SC 300 or is there a website or measurement i can check for that. I have found a pretty cheap set of rims and tires but just wondering... will it fit? The rims are at a scrap shop so the sooner I know the better chance i have of getting them before anyone else. Right now i have 17's with a 215/45 tire My major question is would 18's with a 225/40/18 fit on my 92 SC 300. Thanks again!!!
