  1. I have a shake in the steering wheel of my gs 400.It shakes around 60+ I read something about a bushing somewhere but i cant find it now.I have z rated tires had it aligned at the dealer and balenced where I bought the tires.Also it pulsates through the brakes sometimes not all but sometimes really bad it makes them feel warped.I know there not I have new brembos drilled and slotted and ceramic pads.Does this sound familiar? also about tightening the throttle cable does anyone know how much and do u adjust it at the throttle body?

Hey jaygs you cant get in the red it has a rev limiter and it wont allow also it wont shift for you if u have it in fifth it will shift up to fifth on its own same in fourth if it says four thats as far as its goin on its own just like second if its in second u can put it to the floor and it wont shift til u push up.Also that green button on the mirror is to tell you whether the autodim is on.

I have slotted and cross drilled on my gs and love them I havent had any problems with pad life being shortened or cracking I dont even know what that is.Get them both they look sweet .Also if you have rims where your gonna see the hubs get them coated so they dont rust iy is worth it .Dont chince on the pads.

I am getting ready to by a 94 supra rearend for my 98 gs400 it should bolt up but the guy im buying from says he thinks its a 3;73 I thought they were 3:76 he said it was from an automatic could this make a diff.Also will this through off my speedometer and odometer if so how can i fix ? PLEASE HELP im buying in a day

  8. I had a similar problem with my 17s after i put on an l-tuned susp.Mine actually rubbed very lightly. It only rubbed on a lift though on the ground there was plenty of clearance.I had mine aligned 3 times at 3 places and none of them could get it right so i sucked it up and took it to the dealer in a couple of hours she was as good as new.
  9. I recently posted this on the ls forum by accident so i am reposting it.I am looking for a 3:76 rear end for my 98 gs 400.I have looked at alot from millen to SRT. I have also heard of swapping with a supra rearend .Which is the way to go.What is the difference. Can i just by the internals and have my mechanic do the work this is what id rather do i dont want to buy the whole diff. if i dont have to Can someone help a newbie.

I have installed borla mufflers on my 98 gs 400I was looking to take out the resonater and by resonater i mean where the exhaust runs into a single pipe and then back to duals.I would like to eliminate this resonater with two pipes and make it true duals Has anyone done this or have any advice.
  11. I am looking to change my rear end. i have seen a bunch from millen to SRT They are all 3:76. I have also seen supra rear ends being installed.Which one is the way to go? Can i just buy the parts needed and have my mechanic change them,this is what id like to do instead of buying the whole rear end .Can someone please help?
  12. I am looking at some sportline 18,s They are 18x8.5 with a 46 offset.These will go on my 98 gs 400 . I am asking because i installed an l-tuned suspension and lowered it an inch and a half . Will these still work please help?
