Just wondering in order to do a timing belt change on the 2000 RX 300, does it require removal of the water pump? Also can anyone recommend a good indy mechanic in Atlanta.

I have a 2000 RX300, was wondering if anyone knew where the PCV valve is located and how difficult with will be to replace?
