I have a black 2007 IS250. I have a few rock chips on the front near the grill. On the top of my driver's side quarter panel however I have three spots where the clear coat is bubbling. You can feel it with your finger. There are no rock chips here however. Also, where there are chips in the front, the clear coat is fine. I have had rock chips on other cars before and never had my clear coat bubble up. Anyone else have this problem. Is it a warrantable issue or just my hard luck. I only bought the car last July from a dealer.
