  1. I am new to this forum. Recently purchased an 2002 GS400 and I noticed that one of the HID headlights has condensation after I wash the car and/or it rains. The obvious idea is to replace the headlight. I have read that these models have issues with condensation. One person said to drill a hole in the light, but I read that there are already breather holes....Any suggestions?
  2. PM sent I am also looking for an OEM Navigation DVD Gen 2 /3 Ver 7.1. or Version 6.1 for Gen 2/3. I have a 2002 GS300 and the back up copy doesn't work with my system- if anyone has one for sell and its not a back up copy- PM.
  3. Just purchased this vehicle and the reardeck sub is blown. I took it to two audio shops (not bestbuy) and they both advised that only the original ML sub from lexus would fit and that they couldn't use any other type of 8 inch sub. I asked if the deck could be modified to hold another sub- and they both mentioned that the ML sub was specific to the factory amp and another sub would not get enough power from the factory amp. Does anyone have any advice if you have used a different sub and what you have done in this situation.
  4. I have a 2002 Lexus GS300 with the 2001 GSP CD. Can I use any 2008 disk or do I need one that is specific for my model year system?
  5. I am new to this forum and looking to be a 1st time Lexus Owner. I am looking for a 2nd car (4 door) ES 300,ES330, etc or similar model and don't want to spend more than 10K-12K. I like the new design in 2002 and would like at least a 2002, but would consider an older vehicle. I fully understand that at 90K, I will have to change the timing belt, possible water pump, fluids, etc. I only drive about 6K per year-just local driving. Any suggestions for a good reliable 2nd family car (2 small kids) would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks, Eric
