Thanks to you and the others for your suggestions. I'll give it a try.

I'm embarrassed and mad at myself for this one. I was vacuuming out my vehicle when I noticed a lot of dust on my NAV screen. I decided to "lightly" hold the vacuum nozzle over the screen and run it across the screen (no sense in using one of the 15 or so soft clothes I had in the trunk). Well of course, I immediately made a horizontal scratch across the screen which looks completely ugly. The damage is cosmetic "only", the touch screen works fine, but I'm really bummed out every time I get in the car now. Short of replacing the entire unit itself, does anyone have any solutions to replace the outer screen or to take the scratch out (wishful thinking I'm sure). Thanks in advanced.
