Hello, does any have any idea how to replace the oxygen sensor P0136 ( Bank1 Sensor2) on a 99 lexus ls400 thanks

actually when i have some pull the button in the car i can hear a noise by the fuel door that its trying to open but doesnt open.

hey, i just bought a 99ls400 and the fuel door is not opening most of the times. sometimes it opens and mostly it doesn't, i usually just open it manually from the trunk. Plz let me know what should i do to fix this problem. any comments will be greatly appreciated. Thank in advance.
