thank you cardona6569,Paul Sherman yes, you guys are right, it's the motor. also the cable that connect to the value which controls how much heat and cold air should come into the system is broken. that cause the incar temp is not consistence. today, once i trun on the ac, theres no heat comming out, then switch to passenger side, 1 middium kick start it up...... however, yesterday, only a light kick did the job.... too bad..... i have order the motor from the dealer, CAN$230 before tax. other supplier are the same price.. will install tomorrow, i will post update see how it goes. just incase others might find this helpful.

i got similar problem with my heater. mine seens the fan not working, i can feel theres still small warm air comming out of the vent after the engine in normal temp. manully control fan to HI doesn't help. however, i drove to around 1 and half hr and fan works again. don't know what is the problem.

Hi everyone, my 94 LS got this problem these days, it's been cold, -20C sometime here, last month, start the engine as normal, after few min, Heater starts to work, (engin go down to around 500rpm.) i see the climate control display air from upper level, and it's on HI. TEMP display 25C. however, there is no air comming out of the Vents in any directions. but, i still can feel the heater is working, there is little bit warm air comming out of the vents. that day, i drove to work with window opened and no heater, when is -25c out there! ok, then i drove the car to my mechanic, around 30 min drive. ok, when he sit in my car and start the heater again, everything works................ (i shut down the heater since dont wanna damage anything inside on my way to the shop). and he think i'm playing around with him. wth...... ok, then everything back to work after that, till today, same problem. no air flow comming out of the vents when everything displayed normal. also recently, my climate control seens not working well, set the temp to 24c, sometime really warm sometime cold, temp seen not consistent. please, if anyone have the same problem b4? please share some tips, or what do you think the problem is? million thanks in advance.

got the same problem, you lucky, my alternator was dead on the highway in cold winter. the power steering leaking cause the problem. I did a rebuild only cost under 100 CAD$. can't remember the exactly amount. (you will see it's cheap) just go to some parts store or local repaire shop ask for rebuild. they will tell you where to go near by. BTW, dont believe they if they suggest you to change your battery, orginal one is good. (unless you are sure wanna change.) after rebuild, the electricity seems not as good as it b4. specially in very cold winter or very hot summer time. you will feel the A/C is not that strong when you stop at a red light. for anytime else, it works fine. after rebuild, you should fix the leaking ASAP. I got a friend in china, same model. 94 LS. A Lexus mechanic in the work shop tell him that it's common in 94 LS. He change the whole thing. ...... ~~~~ anyway, mine is still leaking, have to refill the steering oil every other month. by the way.... there are some another common problem: the rear bushings and front joints will be gone later. dashboard lighting problems. I'm lucky, I got them all. hope you are not lucky like me.

:o did you by pass the AMP or Run it through? cause now if i can have the adapter then i wanna use the deck itself push all speaker... thank you verymuch for your info... i order them now. hopefully can get it done by this weekend..

hahahaha~~~~ finally see some one have the same problem. my dashboard is the same. mine is 94 LS, if the temp below 18 degree C, its black, no light. after about 30 min warm up, the dash back light back to work. all the upper reply is usful. i will try to do it these couple days and i will post if i get it fixed.....

My LS rear Emblem was stolen.... lucky.... and till now can't find a original one. all the aftermarket ones are ugly. they all have the white plastic fill in the center. if anyone know where i can get a silver original one? mine is 94 LS. thanks

I wanna put a new deck into my 94 LS400 Nak audio sys. today, went to a local audio shop do the installation. they spend 2 hr then give up. the new deck will not run through the Nak AMP which comes from the factory. they say it seens i have to rewire all the speakers cause the AMP got a cross over. my friend got a 94 LS as well. he change the deck and put it through the factory AMP. the only diff is he got a pinneer on his lexus, and he is using the radio channel to play CD. Have no idea how he did it but it works. downside is sometimes he can pick up some news when he was listen to a CD. I was wondering if anyone can help me and give me any info or suggestion about how to install the deck to run through the AMP or how to by pass it? Any adapters? (I know very little about car audio) if any one have the experience of installing an aftermarket deck and hookup with the original Nak sys? (I don't wanna re wire every speaker if i still have an option) if the 95 deck mount kit fit in my 94 LS? custom make ABS mount kit is so ugly. PS. My dashboard back light not working some time. temp below 18 degree C.... it will not on. and wait about 30min warm up.... it will on. in summer time. it working fine. even the lights not working, all the meters (tacho, speed, temperature... but the gas meter is not). in the dashboard working fine. (i use a torch to see it.......) if anyone got the same problem? if anyone have tips regarding my questions pls mail me or just reply to it. thank you very much for your help.......
