I have a 2001 Lexus is300, and I was just driving it and all of the sudden my brakes started to lock up slightly. when i was at a complete stop, the engine was running but sounded and felt like it was going to stall. It still ran but check engine light came on, and thought it would stall when i was at a stop, but it didnt. It just had a putting sound.
