  2. Besides the many reputable after-market air filters that are available for the IS250, - does anyone know what the actual OEM factory part number is??? Thanks!

  5. Well, I think I may have found some useful diagrams that could be helpful when undertaking this task. ;)
  6. YUP! And Sewell Lexus sends out your cool items like lightning. I highly recommend! :)
  7. WOW! It should read 'finally some GREAT pics!' Great job, nice eye. Really awesome results!!! A meticulously shined up Black on Black - Man, it doesn't get any better! :D Okay, I am now inspired to finally take some shots as well.
  8. I'm one of the new guys on this forum. The stuff you can learn here is fantastic. :) I'm thinking of having my windows tinted. Summers in Florida can be tough on the interior and even worse if you are inside baking in it. I wanted to remove the high mount (3rd Brake) light from the rear shelf just before the tint installer does his thing. I had asked him about that and he said that he usually cuts around it. Well, I'm not particularly fond of that look so .......... Has anyone had the opportunity to (temporarily) remove the third brake light cowl on the IS250? Is it basically a lift straight up kind of thing? Thanks in advance.
  9. I appreciate your honesty. I read the same articles "lextasy suck". It hurts to see it but what can I do? I'm not even aloud to respond to accusations. Hey Steve, It should not be any real breaking news to you regarding the many negative comments Lextasy receives about the lack of professionalism when conducting business. Stating that Lextasy has been in business for ten years is about the only amazing aspect of the countless disappointing conversations. Why is there such a lack of communications from Lextasy when an unsuspecting customer inquires about his/her order? It is now common knowledge throughout the Lexus community that phone call inquiries are seldom, if at all returned. Emails don't get replied back to. It's totally shameful! Without having to defend (online) the unending accusations, answer this if can. What would you do if you were ordering unique car parts online and the company quickly establishes the credit card transaction, but never sends out the part you ordered? Well?! How you feel if you tried to get some honest answers concerning the specific order and there were absolutely none forthcoming? I doubt you would be comforted by the fact that the company in question would reply with a shallow claim of being some ten years in business. Do you want to truly serve the Lexus community with you business or do you want to go defending the countless dissatisfied claims and the growing history of miserable accusations concerning business negligence? Advice! Make it right Steve with your customers, and the Lexus community will surely spread the word with a positive message about Lextasy. Until then, unfortunately you'll get what you deliver. ZILCH!
  10. I would stay FAR AWAY from LEXTASY when making any type of online ordering for your vehicle. Apparently those clowns are willing to take your money, but NOT respond when the goods never arrive. They also do not respond to emails inquiring about the non-arriving merchandise and they do not respond to any phone calls made to their so-called office for this reason. The best is this: On your credit card bill an erroneous phone number is listed that differs from the actual web site. When you call that number to inquire about your order - a woman answers and explains that numerous people have been calling her up about parts and such. She shouts, - This is not Lextasy! I'll keep you all posted on the progress or lack thereof! Hey! Conducting business in this manner - surely ain't the way to win any friends in the Lexus community.
