my 92 still sputters after i changed the wires, plugs, cap and rotors even the the top coil. also i removed and cleaned the iac valve, and replaced the gasket. puuled the throttle body off, cleaned it now its worse. any ideas?

hello everyone. Im a newbie here. i have recently joined the forum family and i am very greatfull also for all the post about many different adventures about the ls 400's. Well i recently cleaned out my throttle body, and used the tutorial. I believe that i did everything to the best of my knowledge being the fact that im a do it ur selfer. the problem im getting is a hickup. almost or like a misfire and i cant go faster than 45mph. basically im lost and was wondering if any one has any ideas. thanks in advance.
