  1. So, I got the technique. Start prying at the top of the garnish, there will be 3 'pops'. then lift up to get it past the 4th 'Clip'.
  2. So does that mean you pry at the clips with the screwdriver? Or does it mean that you pry at the garnish with the screwdriver just to get your fingers underneath it?
  3. Hello All, I'm attempting to take out one of my rear seat belt retractors. I've got the back seat out, the Rear Speaker Grille out and am now on the removal of the "Roof Side Inner Garnish". The instructions say to "Pry loose and remove the garnish". But it doesn't feel like you can just pry it loose without breaking something. Anyone have any advice on technique?
  4. Are there any instructions on how to replace the speakers?
  5. The LCD display on my '97 ES300 was also bad. I thought I'd just go the easy route and replace the head unit. I had a new Pioneer Premier deck installed. When I got in my car to drive away from the shop, I noticed a couple things: 1. When the engine was off, there was no noticeable change in sound quality (from the old unit to the new one). 2. When the engine was on I could hear my RPMs on my speakers. I asked the install guy about it and he said that they would have to re-wire the car to make it sound right. And if I wanted to use a subwoofer, I'd need to replace it with a 4 Om sub and get another Amp. So I decided instead to just buy the replacement LCD screen and have the shop undo the changes.
