Removable cover in the wheel well.

All is good.

Removing the starter bolt on the bottom is no problem.

But how do you get to the one on the top???

The easy way is to drive with it engaged on pavement.

Engage the rear lockers, then drive a bit. You should FEEL something very different as the tires dance a bit from grinding slightly on the pavement. Continue to full lockers (front and rear) and when you turn a corner, the tires will really let you know they aren't happy being forced to turn at the same speed.
