  1. No, it still rides like a freaking boat, worse car I have ever owned, now with the Toyota executives being a bunch of criminals hiding the sudden acceleration problem I cannot sell the piece of junk. I have had the pice of junk LS460L in storage for six months and nobody wants to buy it in ebay or other websites. Worse investment rip off I have ever fell into... Navigation does not work when you drive, the steering is so sensitive it tends to go out of control, the ride is like a boat, the car is a pice of junk. I had to change tires to Michelins because the piece of junk Bridgestone make noise and are too hard having no traction I almost killed myself. Westside Lexus in Houston really ripped me off... 2. I unfortunately bought the LS460L all loaded. I have the sport v. comfortable and the normal v. power buttons on the center console. I do not notice any difference between the settings. The ride is very bouncy like on a boat and not sport at all. The nav system does not work while you drive. The car hesitates when you accelerate about 2 seconds. The car came with Bridgestone tires, they are a piece of garbage, made so much noise and had no traction. I had to change them to Michelin. I took the car back to return it, but the dealer did not want to give me my money back... Anyone has any ideas why the buttons do not change the ride or the acceleration, or why it hesitates when you try to accelerate quickly? and emphasize try, because the car hesitates about 2 seconds... I have it in storage and use my BMW 760Li. Never a Lexus piece of CRAP!!! Dr. Cantu
  3. Wow, you must be a Lexus dealer. THE NAVIGATION OF THE LEXUS DOES NOT WORK while driving, that is a fact. Most functions are disable. I do have basis for my lawsuit due to false informaiton and fraud because I DID ASK ABOUT THE NAVIGATION system and the Lexus dealer salesman LIED to me by omission and giving me the run around. ALL customers should be told that the NAVIGATION SYSTEM DOES NOT WORK WHILE DRIVING, if not it is fraud and deceptive trade practices, which in Texas you can sue them in civil court for that. I might sue them, but I have to take into account my time (since lawsuits are very time consuming). I will be getting rid of this piece of crap and stick with BMW or Mercedes. My BMW 760Li works great, and yes it is $141000.00 vs $90041.00 (with full options and K40 and including taxes, about $50000.00 dollars more), but I do not care about money. However I do care about people omission of facts when I asked them about it and gave me the run around. Just because they lied to me so blatantly I will never buy another Lexus again and will get rid of this one asap. Also, they installed Bridgestone 235 50 R18, they are a piece of garbage. Go to www. tirerack.com and see the reviews. Dealers have had to change them for Michelins all over the place. I went to Westside Lexus in Houston and gave the run around so I have sued them for that. I changed to Michelin Primacy tires AND WOW, WHAT A DIFFERENCE!!! The car does not skid, breaks perfectly, accelerates perfectly without skidding and they have a smo0th ride with 33 PSI. ALL LEXUS OWNERS TO BE, BEWARE, ASK YOUR LEXUS DEALERS TO INSTALL MICHELIN PRIMACY TIRES BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE CAR. Or you will have to sue them later like I am doing right now. With the Bridgestone tires it is scary driving in rain and the car went sideways in the same curve I take with the BMW 760Li at the same speed, but the BMW has staggered wheels with Michelin Primacys. Now with the Michelin Primacy tires the Lexus performs much better, but now as well as the bimmer, not even close, but I spend $2100.00 on the darn tires and place in the garbage dumpster five brand new Bridgestone tires that are pices of garbage. Again, LEXUS OWNERS TO BE, DEMAND THE DEALER INSTALL MICHELIN TIRES BEFORE YOU PAY FOR THE CAR!!! If you do not believe me go search for the Lexus Bridgeston tires reviews. We are schedule in court soon. I printed the hundreds of negative reports of the Bridgestone tires from this Lexus Owners Website, tirerack.com and other places and will bring the information to court. Lexus knows about the Bridgestone tire problem but they rather make a few dollars per car placing cheap tires than assuring their customers get the best traction. Never a Lexus again... Dr. Cantu Did you drive the Lexus before you bought it? And I would hope the BMW was all those things because its a V12 vs a V8 and costs about $40,000 more.
  4. I have a BMW 760Li and they place the car and the tire's pressures by the tire so you know exactly which tire has what pressure. It is unbelievalbe that and LS460 does not tell you with pressure is for what tire. What are the Lexus programers doing? Are they stupid? They should at least place LF, RF, LR, and LL besides the number. I is incredible they can make a car like this and be so stupid not to label the pressure number with the corresponding tire. I think it is Spare, LF, LR, RF, RR, from top to bottom, but a label should be shown besides the number. Lexus programmers are stupid!!! Dr. Cantu
  5. I bought an LS460L and it came with Bridgestone Turanza EL42 18 inch tires, they are CRAP! They have no traction, vibrate and make way too much noise. One tire craked and was about to blowup before I spoted the crack. In the rain they are scary, no traction at all. I went to the Westside Lexus dealer and they BS me to death and gave me the run around. I called Bridgestone, they gave the run around too. What can I do? Tony I just recently bought a GS460. With run-flats having a reputation for repair problems, high cost, quickly wearing out, and rough ride, I asked my dealer to swap out the Dunlops for regular Michlein P/S tires on the same rims. He even threw in the doughnut spare. I'm very happy with the results. It's probably too late to ask your dealer to swap yours, but maybe you could find a buyer for your run-flats and bite the bullet for the extra cost of a new set of regulars, knowing you probably have saved money in the long run -- plus get a smoother ride, fewer flats, and a longer lasting tire. In my opinion, run-flats are not yet ready for prime-time. The technology is not quite there yet. They've been pushed onto consumers my manufacturers attempting to save weight, space, and improve average gas mileage (by removing the spare) to meet government mandates -- while trying to convince consumers that they should feel more secure, but failing to point out the negative factors. Actually the idea of driving 50 miles on a tire that will probably get destroyed and not being able to find a shop with the equipment to repair or replace it doesn't make me feel any more secure.
  6. I am very upset about my car nav system too. I purchased an LS460L car from Westside Lexus in Houston, TX, I asked the salesman to show me about the navigation system and he gave me the run around. They never told me the navigation system does not work while driving. I would have never buy a car like this with non working systems. I have a BMW 760Li V12 and it is a much better car than this. Drives faster, smother, and all the equipment WORKS, contrary to the Lexus. I wanted my money back, this is a big time scam!!! We need to sue the hell out of Lexus for this. Dr. Cantu
