I just purchased a 1993 LS400(bought it during the day) tonight i went to go for a drive and as i adjusted the dimmer switch the entire gauge cluster will go in and out, flash off(almost like the cars off) and flash back to normal every 3-4 sec or so. if i adjust the dimmer to full brightness it works fine, just very bright at night, as soon as i turn the knob it starts flashing at me. Also NONE of the climate control or radio lights work???? None of the buttons light up, and there is no illumination around the shift lever?? ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED.
