  1. if you need the "how to's" here is a link that i have been using for my SC400. I have replaced my timing belt just by following his instructions. He used the LS400 but they are the same engine so dont be scared. he will guide you point by point. hope this will help you. www.lexls.com
  2. do you still have the amp/radio? how much are you selling them? let me know
  3. Would the bleeding pattern on the sc400 the same with the LS400? Left rear, right rear, right front then left front. HELP.
  4. Bought mine for $1500 from a very good customer of mine (Lexus Consultant) The car had one owner, all service records in hand, has 204200 miles, timing belt , water pump, thermostat, distributor, major hoses, vacuum hoses, battery, throttle body, power steering pump, alternator, AC pressure hose were all replaced at 170k from lexus dealership. car runs like new. I will upload some pictures soon when i get some time. the engine is original no rebuilt and no rust and I mean no rust!!!! Few issues in the car that I think you guys can help me solve it. 1. Odometer needle in the instrument cluster is not illuminating 2. 3rd brake light (spoiler) not working at all 3. Spongy feel on the brakes (probably need to flush and bleed) i need to know the bleeding pattern. would it be the same as the 92LS 400? 4. Need a used nakamichi amplifier. Radio works but no sound because the amp keeps blowin fuse. 5. Wipers operating kinda slow even on HI other than that the car runs immaculate.
  5. thanks. I love this forum!!!! viva scccccccc
  6. i 100% agree on everybody here. I own a 92 all stock no mods from top to bottom has 204189 exact miles and still kickin no body damage everything works but the stupid radio (Nakamichi amp blown) You will love this car dude.
  7. mine is busted also. does your head unit turn on without the amp? Plus are you blowing the radio fuse under the hood or kick panel? yes it turns on but no sound. fuse keep blowin off too so i dont know what to do. did you do something with your radio yet?
  8. anyone selling a nakamichi amp that I can buy? unfortunately my amp broke and dont know what to do. need sounds in my car please. HELP
  9. anyone knows where the cabin filter is located in a 92 sc400?? HELP.
  10. Its possible but you need a 5channel amp to drive the sub as well. Its more expensive doin it that way than to change the whole audio system.
