  1. Hey Fellas, It is almost the time for WINTER! Do you guys know whats the best place here in Toronto, ON. Canada to look for winter wheels/tires? Many Thanks! Vince
  2. I did a search for something like that but nothing came up, I guess the search engine isn't sensitive to detailed information. Thank you Bartkat!
  3. i don't believe no one knows how to replace a fog light here?
  4. Hey Fellas, One of the fog lights burned out on my '06 is250. There Manual doesn't seem to explain how to replace the fog bulb. Any guidance is appreciate guys! Thanks, Vince
  5. Damn. How much would it cost to get them replaced at Lexus Dealer?
  6. I only see the rubber valve stems on all four wheels. Does that mean the tire sensor has all been missing?
  7. Hey Guys, My tire sensor warning light is on from the time I bought the car (about 1 week ago). I checked the psi and re-filled all the tires with the correct recommended psi on the passenger door. Then I choose the "main" tire sensor and did a initialization. Warning light still on and nothing seems to work? I did noticed that the tires are different in brand, as I bought this used, I'm not sure if they properly took out the tire sensor and put it on the new tires. How do we check? The warning thing is *BLEEP*ing me off. Thanks for the help guys!
  8. Thanks Gaugster! This is my first car that I've bought myself and I just want to make sure I maintain it well. PS this forum is full of helpful people! a++++++
  9. I have a 2006 is250 awd and the transmission area, where the right leg rest is hot as well, don't know if thats normal as well.......
  10. I don't rest my leg on that part so I don't know if it gets hot... but the only reason it would be hot is from transmission which probably isn't normal considering that there is a transmission fluid to keep it cool. Hrmmm, then i guess I should bring it in to get it check ASAP before anything bad happens to my transmission. Also, the shifter led lights gets really hot as well, where (S, + , - ) is at, do you think it would be the transmission as well? My Appointment is next 2 week... hopefully i won't damage anything during this time.
  11. Thanks for the response guys. I'm starting to think that the transmission was slipping on 2nd gear, because i can feel the hesitation (hiccups) every time i accelerate into 2nd gear. Sorry, one more question guys. The curve bump that sticks out on the gas pedal side where you can rest your right leg on, it gets kind of hot at times, is that normal? Once again, thanks for the help fellas!
  12. It might be the transmission changing gears??? If it is engine related then have it checked out for sure because it does not sound normal to me. Regards, When i'm running only at 40mph the gear is shifted to 6, is that normal?
  13. Hey Fellas, I noticed when I'm about to stop or accelerate the engine hesitates or (hiccups). What could be the problem? Should I bring it to the Lexus dealer since I'm still under warranty? I own a 2006 is250 awd. Thanks Guys
  14. All I have to bring to the dealer is the vehicle and ownership right?
  15. Oh. Thanks I certainly hope its not the tinted window that is causing the problem, because then I'll have to pay to get it removed.
  16. I read somewhere that tinted windows sometimes mess up the GPS signals. Is your IS tinted? Hi, my windows are very much tinted. But, i read it somewhere as long as its not metallic it should be fine. Just curious, where is the GPS receiver installed? Because I do see a black adapter before the rear mirror. Many Thanks
  17. I'm only currently sitting about 38,230 mi. Is that covered as well? Many thanks,
  18. Hi Fellas, I went through the forum searching for this particular problem and I do see people are having sort of the same problem I'm. I own a 2006 IS250 AWD with navi/bluetooth system. I believe my GPS isn't working at all, cause I don't see the "gps" indicator on the top left screen at any time. Also, I have re-calibrate my position manually, because for no reason the navigation has me somewhere else. Should i take this to the Lexus dealer to see if something is unplugged or damage to the navigation system? and How much would it exactly cost me? Thanks guys
