I own a 2004 RX330. I clumsily cracked the plastic screen on the navigation unit. I don't think the actual system itself is damaged but I can't access the nav features or even the a/c controls because of the cracked screen. Lexus will only replace the entire unit in a non-warranty exchange for $1800! I saw elsewhere in this club that DCFish has found screens for other Lexus models experiencing a similary problem. But I don't know how to contact DCFish or, for that matter, anyone else on the forum. Can anyone help me?
