I posted this question into an old thread and received no replies. I am recovering my front seat. Can someone please tell me how to remove the headrest release button and the trim around the posts? Do I just pull hard on them? I fear breaking them.

Rob, How do you remove the headrest trim and release button. Do they just pull out?

Still no luck on my end with it. It comes and goes with the seasons. I think it's about that time again. Mine rattles all the time. As with previous mention, pushing up on right front corner stops the rattle.
