2007 GS 350 AWD

I hit a bird with my front bumper and knocked the right front parking sensor loose. What's the bet way to access the area from behind so I can push it back in to place, which is all it needs? Best from below or above, how to remove trim without damaging anything.

I have a 2007 GS350 AWD with NAV and standard radio, no SAT.

I'm thinking about installing the Dice unit. Will I be able to browse the iPod menus while driving? Any problem with the NAV and phone cut off while moving. What difference does the emulation make, SAT or CD for example.
