My wife's 2000 RX300 has developed a strange, intermittent problem. Sometimes when starting it, she has to wait for it to "warm up". What that means is that when she turns the key, the dash doesn't light up immediately. It appears that it takes some time for the electrical system to wake up, maybe a few seconds to a minute. Then, once the dash lights up, it turns over and starts and runs normal.
It did this a few times several months ago, then mysteriously went away. Now it's started it again.
Any ideas on what's going on?
