  1. Greetings, I wasn't thinking when I didn't post pictures. So here is my attempt. Pic 1 is the sping. Pic 2 is my wife's spring attached. Pic 3 is where I think one end of the spring is attached. The Chrome "Stud" is on the right side of the brake pedal assembly. I could't see where the other end attaches. Thanks Again, Kona
  2. Greetings, I found a spring on the driver's side floor mat. It looks similar to my wife's ES 350. Does anyone know how to reconnect it? Thanks Kona
  3. Greetings, I'm going in for my 1 month/1000 mile service. I haven't noticed alot of brake dust on my IS 350. I'll not clean the front wheels for a week and see what my local dealer will do. Keep you posted. Kona
  4. Greetings, Maybe the seat was just too far back? Kona ;)
  5. Greetings, Thanks for the info and pics. I am surprised about the amount of brake dust. I have just 700 miles on my IS350 and have noticed some dust. I'll bring it up at the 1000 mile maintenance check. Kona
  6. Greetings, To further enhance quality and safety, your Lexus is equipped with a direct-sensing Tire Pressure Monitor that helps ensure drivers won’t experience hazardous driving conditions or increased tire wear because of low tire pressure. The Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) consists of tire pressure sensors integrated within the air valve of each tire (each with a built-in semi-conductor to directly measure the tire’s, air pressure) an antenna and a monitor receiver that receives the tire pressure of all five tires (including the spare) and transmits signals to illuminate the tire pressure warning light and show the tire pressure warning message on the combination meter’s multi-information display. If you have rubber valves stems...it appears you do not have the correct monitoring system. Hope the above information helps. Kona
  7. I wish he'd drive down to Southern California!! My husband was kind enough to point out to me today my first rock chip. Only 1,800 miles on the car!!!! Oh, and as luck would have it, I ran a cart into the rear end of my other car, and it now has a nice little ding. Yikes! It's hard keeping cars looking nice....... Greetings, Why do we never run the shopping carts into our old cars? Kona
  8. Congrats, I feel your excitement, you will not be disappointed. Kona
  9. Greetings, I didn’t get the Nav package. I was worried about the system becoming obsolete in a few years. With technology doubling every 18 months…who knows what will be the latest Navigation system we cannot live without? Kona
  10. Yikes, I should have read this one first...my bad! Kona BTW..I luv to chat
  11. Greetings, What should be the top items to "personalize" on my 1000 mile/1 month service check? I like the feature about the windows opening when I hold down the door unlock button but not the sunroof opening. It might be operator error on my part. Thanks Kona
  12. Thanks smooth1, I am finding out that all my questions will be answered here. No use rediscovering the wheel. Kona
  13. Thanks Smooth1, Exactly what I was looking for. I tried the search but it didn't work for me. Do you need to be a "Gold Member" to search? Additionally, I'll contact administrator. Thanks again, Kona
