I still need some help. If you can send me your e-mail address, I will send you a drawing of the part with the 3 holes identified (A, B, C). I decided to install a new cabin air filter. Followed the manual (Page 185). No problem until the final assembly step of reinstalling the tension member (keeps the glove box door from free fall when opening). The tension member is a cylinder about 1" dia x 3" long with a rib with two 1/4"holes. The assemble fell in when I went to reinstall it (screw to glove box door). It was downhill from there. Any help inreinstalling the item would be greatly appreciated.

When running with the Nav system enabled and the radio on, the radio left hand speaker does not mute when the Nav systen issues an instruction. The dealer told me that was how it was designed. Can't believe it. This feature was always working in my previous Cadillacs.
