Hi Guys/ Gals, I am new to the forum but had a quick question. I recently failed my smog test with my 1991 Lexus LS400 due to a malfunctioning check engine light. I think it may either be a short somewhere in my car or the check engine light bulb is out. Does anyone know how to check the bulb without ripping out my dash? Also if i have to rip out my dash how hard is it? Thanks, Nick
