After almost six months of bringing my car back for fixes due to an accident, and inexperienced techs putting car back together resulting in headliner, rear seatbelt damage, driver door inside rattles, I have given up on these people trying to fix it correctly.
Does anyone know of a competent repair facility in the Orange County / Los Angeles area that can replace the headliner, replace the rear seat belts, replace left and right side of rear seat (touching doorposts) trim pieces, and disassemble and reassemble the driver door to find whatever is loose in there? And not leave dirty finger prints or gouge marks on the interior after it is complete???
I don't care if it is Lexus or not, as the Lexus dealership I took it too seems not to care. Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Best, Ray
