Per the instruction manual, the E/T is supposed to restart at 0:00 every time that the car starts, or when you manually hit "reset". Mine however, only restarts when i manually hit "reset". This is less useful as i need to reset it every time i start if i want to see how long my commute is taking. Is there a way to have it restart at 0:00 every time i start the car? Thank you.

I have two questions about my 02 ES300 radio. 1) I'd like to have the radio show the station only on the display, but then see the messages only when i hit "msg". Now it shows me the preset number, and the artist / song, but it is inconsistent since some stations don't broadcast a message. Is there a way to show only the station? 2) I have VERY old messages stored and don't know how to get rid of them. Is there a way to delete old messages? Thank you.
