Multiplex Network Body Computer Function?

i bought new multiplex ecu but no ignition.car is totally died.might the problem be with immo ecu? or is engine control module broken down and influences car's electricity -

Does it matter if ecu part code is one number different and i put another ecu on. My car engine control module part code is 89666-30351(275100-5500) and new ecm is 89666-30361(275100-5510) Year is same both, 2006 gs300

Hello! COMPUTER, MULTIPLEX NETWORK BODY (89211-300209) gs300 2006 What functions is this part.Located under hood relay box.Someone stolen this ecu and cut beside box (ecm box)two connectors when my car was service.No ignition anymore.Only brake lights and emergency lights.Steering wheel is locked and windows is down.I cant move car.And if this part needs to be flashed before it will work Please help Thanks

can someone knows this junction connector part code contact plug is 22 pin (part nr.90980-11915) but what is connecting piece code which is connected both connectors every newer (2002 up)toyota? and lexus's used same connectors i cant find this part nr.
