  1. I have a complete nakamichi sound system for sale, speakers, sub woofer, amp, head unit and cd changer if anybody is interested? I will part it out separately if somebody is interested in a specific item. Give me a good offer and whatever you need is yours. Email me at taylor_lovelace@yahoo.com if you have any questions!
  2. Just a FYI in College Station, Texas I got a estimate from the Toyota dealership for 750-850 and a inde. mechanic wanted 700.. I SAID NOOOO!!! And did it myself, this motor kinda of reminds me a fords 4.6L
  3. just go to walmart and purchase a scosche wiring harness for a 1991 toyota supra and install a cd deck or a monitor style reciever in place of the factory radio unit and fit what you can in the trunk. if you use this wiring harness from scosche, it will allow you to keep your factory speaker and back dashboard sub and the factory amp in the passenger side trunk floor. if the factory speakers aren't dry rotted or damaged and sound terrible, i would change them out. thats were the real drama begins. B) ........yes please!!!! While you are at it do yourself a favor a change out the back speakers like he said...... It would have saved me time... I suggest to do so yourself!
  4. I love my infinity speakers but instead of infinity subs I got a pioneer and love it! Also amp wise I would go with Rockford it sounds fantastic!
  5. Mind sending me a link to this manual? I haven't been able to find it. Update: I finally found the website, it is for the Ls400 but pretty much the same motor. http://www.justanswer.com/uploads/skyvisio..._90_ls400_1.pdf Hope this helps others!

  7. On my 95 sc400 it is under the dash, in the black trim panel left side. on my sc400 it is is on top of the engine, its black and reads "diagnostics" attached is a photo of it.. *SORRY FOR THE DIRTY ENGINE BAY!!!!* my sc4 and I just got back from a 1,000 mile road trip
  8. hmm so to get my sc4 to sound like a f355 I should get it to fire in that order?!?!??! Naw just messing with you man. Personally I dont think the chevy v8's sound all that bad. But I love my lex more!
  9. Well for starters when the turn the key into the start position (without evening cranking the motor) you should be able to hear the fuel pump running. Pop the trunk and put your head near the trunk lining behind the rear window the fuel tank and pump is right there. If you can hear that most likely its working. If not then it is either a fuel pump problem or the fuel ecu (did I say that right?) which can be bypassed very easily and is a 30 minute fix that cost nothing. Rebuilding the trans and engine.. ehh sorry man but no idea here. Good luck!
  10. Have you checked the thermostat or the water pump? I had a friend that couldn’t figure out why his car was over heating (Pontiac Grand Prix) it took me like 5 minutes to realize DUH it was the thermostat it wasn’t opening to let coolant in. Hope that helps man
  11. Err im going to attempt and respond to your message.... here it goes... The Sc400's fuel tank is basically behind the back seat. In order to replace to fuel pump all one must do is open the trunk remove the trunk lining and BOOM! fuel pump. You dont even have to drain the tank. So.... if the fuel tank is out because the fuel pumps is bad..... Then either he fails or something else is wrong with it. I would just keep saving up money man. Wait till you get a few more grand then shop around.
  12. Just revamped my rear deck a couple days ago. Please look down the thread about 5 postings and you will see my findings. Thank you for your help!
